My guest, Aisling Grantham, is such a gem. As a certified meditation teacher with the most calming energy, she was able to de-mystify mindfulness and explain this concept in a digestible way.
After chatting with Aisling, I felt more relaxed, clear-headed, and knowledgeable about how to integrate mindful moments into my day-to-day. 
Our conversation touched on many topics including the beginner's guide to meditating, the 4 types of responses people have to stress and fear, and the effects of including mindful moments into your workday. 
Aisling's specialty is practicing mindfulness at our jobs. She explained many of the benefits of incorporating mindfulness at work, including improving performance, relationships with colleagues, and overall mood. Aisling also helped me realize that mindfulness doesn't have to be a lengthy or glamorous activity. Overall, it was such an enlightening chat, and I am excited for others to learn more about this topic in a down-to-earth and understandable way.
