I am joined today by content creator, mindset coach, and law of attraction advocate, Lesh Zareba. Lesh and I sat down to talk about self-worth, finding purpose, and dating from the male perspective. He shared his wisdom about breaking through negativity, the hard periods of time he dealt with, and the lessons learned. I enjoyed the topics he spoke about, especially coming from a man’s point of view. It showed me that regardless of gender, a lot of us are going through similar challenges and experiences and that much of our suffering can be remedied by knowing ourselves, following whatever brings us joy and setting boundaries. One takeaway I appreciated was Lesh's reminder of the importance of being accountable to ourselves. In our conversation, Lesh explained how people expect a lot from those they date, but do we cultivate those same qualities in ourselves first? We also discussed a recent trend on TikTok about finding and dating "high value" people and what that means to Lesh, compared to what content creators promote. Our conversation left me with some points to reflect on.
