Paula Marie

In this episode, I sit down with Kaitlin Stephens, a clinical counselor and coach based in Canada, who works with clients all over the world. Kaitlin focuses on relational health, to self and to others. She supports people undergoing life transitions and guides them through blind spots and traumas.
Kaitlin’s intention is to help her clients fall in love with their life and SELF again, strengthen their connections, uncover their truth, and encourage them to be their fully expressed, authentic selves.
We had a beautiful conversation about so many different things such as the beauty of breakups, how to regulate our nervous system, attracting people that are good for our nervous system, expressing needs, and how to recognize when our inner child or the more underdeveloped part of ourselves is hijacking our perspective. We discussed self-trust and how she’s seeing a lot more people have awakenings since the pandemic, and what that can lead to.
It’s a value-packed episode, and I know it left a lot for me to think about and I imagine it will for you, too.
Be sure to check out Kaitlin (@kaitlincounselling) for more of her sage insights.
Enjoy!
